When you place an order, you want to know one thing: when will it arrive? That is why we show an estimated delivery date at checkout, before you pay. Here is what happens behind the scenes.

Step 1 — Payment confirmed

All orders are prepaid. As soon as your payment is approved, the order is confirmed and you receive an email with your order number.

Step 2 — Processing (usually 1–2 business days)

Our fulfillment partners pick, check and pack your items. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays start processing on the next business day.

Step 3 — Shipped

When your package leaves the warehouse, the order status changes to Shipped and you get the carrier name and tracking number.

Step 4 — On the way and delivered

You can follow the package on the carrier's website or on our order tracking page. Most carriers update tracking several times a day.

How the delivery date is calculated

The date you see at checkout combines:

  • the processing time for the items in your cart
  • the shipping method you choose
  • your delivery address (state and ZIP code)
  • weekends and public holidays

It is an estimate, but it is based on real carrier transit times — not a guess.

Tips for a smooth delivery

  • Double-check your street address, apartment number and ZIP code
  • Use a phone number where the carrier can reach you
  • If you won't be home, consider delivery to your workplace

Something wrong?

If tracking hasn't updated for several days, or your package arrives damaged, message us with your order number and a photo. We'll sort it out quickly.
